The aim behind the ban is to prevent teachers from abusing their powers, and stopping students from seducing their teachers to get some preferential treatment in grading or the entrance exams. To keep the teacher-student relations pure, university authorities should enhance teachers' morality and make the enrollment process more transparent. Then the sex trade between teachers and students will be curbed.
