Editor's note: As the selfie craze sweeps the world, a growing number of global tourist attractions are banning the sticks used to take the smartphone photos because of safety concerns. I support this move. As a regular visitor to galleries and museums, I find them intrusive and potentially dangerous to others and the exhibits.
