Saurabh Kumar from India said he was shocked by the highly automated PV cell production facilities in Yibin. "This is truly futuristic," he said. "China is helping reduce the carbon footprint of the entire world. And I think the world should be thankful."
He was also surprised to find that Luzhou, a city much smaller than Beijing or Shanghai, has a high-tech facility producing medical isotopes for cancer treatment.
