From Sunday night to Monday, Jingzhou in Central China's Hubei province was hit by extreme rainfall, triggering urban waterlogging. As of 5 pm on Monday, Hubei's fire and rescue team has evacuated more than 1,000 stranded residents. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]
