KMT chairwoman eyes 'peace gift' for Taiwan

Cheng Li-wun, chairwoman of the Chinese Kuomintang party, expressed hope that her visit would help bring peace as a "gift" to people in Taiwan. "Peace makes everything people hope for possible," she said during her visit to Shanghai on Thursday.
