Shanxi builds world's largest vinegar lake

A manmade vinegar lake was recently built in Jinzhong city, North China's Shanxi province. It is claimed the lake is the largest lake of vinegar in the world.
The lake is 270 meters long and 24 meters wide at its widest point and has been filled with 15 million kilograms of vinegar.
With over 3,000 years of history, Shanxi vinegar, one of the four best known kinds of Chinese vinegar, is made from sorghum, barley and other raw materials.?[Video by Zhao Gaoyuan for chinadaily.com.cn]
