I have been reading and trying to find out the conditions to qualify for the green card for more than 5 years. Nothing has changed in the last 5 years and I also never seem to get any closer to the qualification line despite having worked and lived in China for more than 12 years. My wife is Chinese and we have been living outside her hometown which make matter worse!
It is time that China should review the whole purpose of the Green Card scheme to attract more foreigners like me who genuinely want and need the green card. What's the point of having something that only attracts such a small percentage of applicants?
