I have lived in the PRC for 24 years. I am 72 years old and now retired. I plan to live here the rest of my life. I am non-Chinese and my HK residency allows me a 3 year, multiple entry visa requiring my leaving from Guangzhou to Hong Kong once every 30 days. Yes, I would love to have a green card but sadly, I don't think it is going to be available for people like me.
