Zhang Junkuo, Vice President (Vice Minister) of DRC, was born in Lintong, Shaanxi province in June 1961. He got a Bachelor's Degree in economics from Department of Economics of Northwest University in July 1982, and a Master's Degree in economics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in May 1985.
