A cosmetics company is suing 'Desperate Housewives' star Teri Hatcher for reportedly breaching a contract by promoting rival products.

Hydroderm, a Los Angeles-based company, claims Hatcher promoted other beauty items though she was paid $2.4 million to only advertise Hydroderm products, reports contactmusic.com.

The lawsuit document says: 'Hatcher's name, image and likeness have been linked to so many competitors' products that it is anyone's guess as to what product keeps her skin and lips youthful.'

Hydroderm is seeking from her $2.4 million salary, unspecified damages and legal costs.
