Cao Limeng, 28, had a stable job after graduating from Wuhan University in 2009. Being a great yoga enthusiast, she returned to her hometown Xining, Northwest China's Qinghai province, in 2013, and started her own business. Now Cao has set up two clubs.

Cao said she started to learn yoga after she entered the university, when she weighed 75 kg. After two years' practice, she lost 20kg, which she never thought was possible.

Her club now has almost 200 members and she has also hired two teachers.

Cao hopes that she could help more people through yoga, and club members could make some changes internally and externally.
