China voice willingness to enhance all-round cooperation with Pakistan
China on Monday expressed its readiness to work with Pakistan to enhance friendly exchanges and cooperation.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian made the remarks at a daily news conference as Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari is expected to make a weeklong visit to China starting on Saturday, with stops in Hunan and Hainan provinces.
This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, Lin said, adding that bilateral relations have maintained sound and robust growth at a high level.
China stands ready to work with Pakistan to enhance friendly exchanges and cooperation at all levels and in all localities, and jointly build an even closer China-Pakistan community with a shared future, he added.
