Tracing the footsteps of the great literary master, a group of sinologists from countries such as Canada, Italy, and Mexico visited Yixing from April 21 to 22. During their stay, they took part in literary exchanges, wandered through Yixing Bamboo Sea, explored Shanjuan Cave, and recited Chinese poems.
Yixing, a county-level city in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, is known as the "second hometown" of famous Chinese poet Su Dongpo (1037-1101), also known as Su Shi, who composed many poems inspired by his experience in Yixing.
