At 78, Shanghai grandma Jin Pei has dedicated decades to making haute couture for pets. From the first Christmas coat for stray dog Biubiu to grand wedding outfits for over 40 Bernese Mountain Dogs; from chinchillas, ferrets to sheep, she has made over 10,000 tailored pieces for clients from more than 20 countries, bringing made-in-China pet haute couture to the world.
Having just started a new company, the ambitious Jin admits she doesn't want to stop, "even if it's just stringing beads."
