Flash explosion kills two at Liaoning chemical facility

Two people were killed by a flash explosion at a chemical facility on Wednesday in Jinzhou, Liaoning province.
According to a report from local authorities, the blast occurred at 2:10 pm in a facility belonging to Jintai Fine Chemical located in the Jinzhou Binhai Chemical Industry Park.
Further investigation into the accident is ongoing.
