Mayo Clinic Care Network adds two Guangdong hospitals
The US academic medical center Mayo Clinic announced on Friday that two hospitals in Guangdong province had joined the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
Heyou Hospital and the Heyou Pinnacle Medical Center in the Heyou International Health System, both located in Foshan, became the first two in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to join the network. The two hospitals now have access to Mayo Clinic's patient care expertise.
"Their focus on patient-centered care aligns closely with our values," said Jorge Pascual, medical director of strategic relationships at Mayo Clinic, at a ceremony in Foshan. "We look forward to working together to expand access to high-quality care and deliver meaningful outcomes for patients across the Greater Bay Area and Guangdong province."
Created in 2011, the Mayo Clinic Care Network has more than 45 member organizations globally.
Heyou Hospital is a nonprofit hospital specializing in clinical care, research, education, disease prevention, and rehabilitation, with more than 50 clinical departments and centers.
The Heyou Pinnacle Medical Center serves local and international patients seeking premium medical care and comprehensive health management.
