"Our mission is to build more 'cognitive bridges' across those barriers," he said.
Deng Yandong, editor-in-chief of Shenzhen Media Group, stressed that effective communication cannot rely on one-way messaging. He called for dialogue and reciprocal exchange, using storytelling and real-life examples to break down cognitive biases and resonate across cultures.
