As temperatures drop, migratory birds begin finding suitable places for spending the winter.
In Shanxi province, five wild flamingoes recently arrived at Salt Lake in Yuncheng. With the improvements to its ecological environment, the lake is attracting increasing numbers of migratory birds, including rare flamingoes in recent years. Its abundant shrimp, clams, insects and algae provide a wide menu.
