1 New Eatery at InterContinental

CHAR Dining Room and Lounge with the InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun Hotel has officially opened to satisfy foodies starting from Sept 1. A contemporary bar and grill where sophistication meets fine dining, it is set to offer diners extraordinary palate experience with a myriad tempting options, such as the premium Australian full-blooded wagyu beef and freshly imported oysters. Executive Chef Frederic Le Gac has over 18 years of leading luxury hotels kitchen experience worldwide, including that in France, Norway, Dubai, the United States and Egypt, before settling in Beijing. The restaurant is connected by the outdoor terrace to the lively TOP BAR. Guests may wrap up a sweet evening with a full selection of Single Malt Whiskey.
