2. Legend of Three Kingdoms
The series covers 113 years of Chinese history as the Han Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220) was about to collapse into Three Kingdoms - Wei, Shu and Wu - that were later reunified into one imperial court, the Jin Dynasty (1115-1234). The series tells stories about games of power and the significance of loyalty and brotherhood.
