Arnold Schwarzenegger attends COP15 and says countries cannot solve the problem of climate change without the help of states, cities, regions, activists, scientists and universities. COP15 president Connie Hedegaard gives an update and stresses that the minister level now has come to Copenhagen to further pave to be sealed by the states of head coming to Copenhagen later this week.
