Suspect caught sleeping

A sanitation worker found a man lying on the ground and thought he was dead, but it turned out he was escaping the law and got tired, reported Chongqing Morning Post on Wednesday.

The man scared the sanitation worker who was too afraid to check if he's dead and alerted the police.

The man claimed he was just sleeping but it made police suspicious. After an identification check, it was discovered that the man had escaped before being convicted for drink-driving.
