The newly appointed chef of Peninsula Beijing's JING restaurant Xu Chiping will present a traditional Western lunch for Christmas Day and a buffet dinner with 16 cooking stations with different themes for New Year's Eve. Highlights are foie gras, cold cuts, BBQ, salad and chocolate.
