Beijing delegation visits E-Town Capital
A delegation led by Liu Kefeng, president of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Investment Management Co, visited Beijing E-Town International Investment and Development Co (E-Town Capital) on July 5.
The delegation held talks with E-Town Capital officials, including Yang Yongzheng, secretary of the CPC branch of E-Town Capital, and Tang Xuefeng, general manager of E-Town International Industry Investment Management Co, on the establishment of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Fund.
Tang introduced the overseas mergers and acquisitions model of E-Town Capital and the concept of mutual cooperation between FOFs.
Yang went on to explain how E-Town Capital will enlarge and strengthen firms in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area by boosting their operating capital to encourage industrial upgrading.
Liu highlighted the progress of the establishment of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Fund and the relevant requirements of Beijing Municipal Government for investment in the first phase of the fund.
