Cut the tofu into cuboids and stir fry them with scallion, ginger, chicken soup and crab cream. When the soup is boiling, add some cornstarch thickening and sesame oil. After removing them from the pan, sprinkle some pepper powder to enhance the flavor.
The dish is smooth and rich in nutrition.
