Horse hoof-shaped fish

The dish only selects the most tender part of a mandarin fish. The fish is sliced and pickled and then the slices are shaped like horse hooves. Steam the fish for six minutes, add chicken soup and salt in the dish and sprinkle small amount of salad oil.
The dish is pure white and succulent.
