Du Wanhua, member of the Supreme People's Court’s Judicial Committee, met with a delegation of German judges headed by Cornelia Holtz, president of the court of Baden-Wurttemberg, on June 15. Du introduced China's court system and judicial reforms and discussed marriage and trial law as well as civil code with the guests. The visit is an important part of Sino-German judicial exchanges under a framework law cooperation agreement and the delegates will visit Henan province and stayed there for a week.
