Shenyang spends $530m foreign investment in Jan.

Shenyang has introduced 23 foreign investment projects in January with a the total amount of investment of $330 million, according to Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.

The actual utilized amount reaches $530 million.

Industrial projects have kept growing. Seventeen new industrial projects with an actual utilized amount of $204 million, amounting to 38.3% of the total, have been approved. The utilized amount increased by 84.5% compared with the time month of last year.

Foreign-funded enterprises take up a big part. The actual amount of the 20 new enterprises of this kind has reached to $470 million, with a 7.6% increase over the same month of last year. Currently, the actual foreign investment in Shenyang and Dalian is 80% of the total amount in Liaoning province.
