Local policeman Wang Yuning visits 82-year-old Bai Yongfu in Wenshan city, Southwest China's Yunnan province on Sept 4, 2012. The paralyzed elderly man is moved to tears every time Wang visits him. As a local policeman, Wang was elected a deputy to the upcoming 18th CPC Congress.
