Lv Wei commands a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team of policewomen during tactical training, April 17, 2012. The 28-year-old former civilian policewoman successfully competed for captaincy of the female squadron of the SWAT team in Jingdezhen, East China's Jiangxi province.
