Bu Wenjun, an heir of the Wei family’s tile carving, works on a piece of tile carving in Longde county, Northwest China’s Ningxia Hui autonomous region, Oct 27, 2010. Bu and his wife, Wei Fengping, are fourth-generation tile carvers. Combined with the traditional craft, they added new designs to the works, such as carvings of dragons and phoenixes.
