Macedonian athletes leave for Beijing Paralympics

TIRANA-- Macedonian delegation to the Beijing Paralympics is leaving for China on Saturday, news reaching here from Skopje reported.
Macedonia sends 5 people to the Games, including two athletes, one coach and another two officials, MIA, Macedonia's official news agency reported.
Vanco Karanfilov and Olivera Nakovska-Bikova will compete in men's and women's air pistol event. Karanfilov will bear the Macedonian flag at the opening ceremony on September 6.
The 13th Beijing Paralympics will open on September 6, and close on September 17th. Around 4,000 sportsmen and women from across the world will take part in the Games.
