I think that depends on many external factors, including the amount of readily available water, availability of bathing facilities (much of the world does not have easy access to a private bathroom), occupation (physical labor versus office work), lifestyle, season of the year, age , religion, other cultural beliefs, etc. People in many drought areas only have baths on some important occasions and festivals.
