I think all schools should institute uniforms, because kids focus too much on trends, fashions, and fads. When children are more worried about keeping up and fitting in than they are about their grades that is distracting to education.

We are not going to turn around the effects of social media on current clothing trends, but we can moderate its influence. Mandating uniforms in schools will level the social playing field where looks are given value over grades and personal ability.
