If China's economy is sinking, then what do Westerners have to fear about China any more? It is sinking just like a brand new modern nuclear sub is sinking -- for a purpose -- it needs to revamp its weak service sector and re-arrange its economic priorities, which means it is doing for the reason which the economists label as remodeling -- a more innovative approach to manufacturing.
