Comment on "Lithuanian ambassador on female leadership", (China Daily website, March 7)

I believe women and men are equally important. Many successful women's top concern is not extremist feminism, but how they can contribute to their country, society and family. Obviously the situation in Lithuania is very different from China or any other country in the world, but we can learn from Lithuanian's successful experience of women's leadership.
