京240億建第1高樓(圖)
Beijing's tallest skyscraper "China Zun", is set to be completed by late 2016 and will cost an estimated RMB24b, according to construction developer Citic Real Estate, Beijing News reported. Located in China's Central Business District, also known as CBD, the building, constructed on a site of 11,478 sq m, will stand 528 meters high with 108 floors and 7 underground stories. The construction will feature ultra-white glass on its facade and the elevators will be able to take visitors straight to the top floor at 524 meters. (See photo)
據(jù)《新京報》報道，中信地產(chǎn)近日透露，其開發(fā)的北京第一高樓"中國尊"項目將于2016年底封頂，預(yù)計總投資達(dá)240億元。"中國尊"總高度528米，位于北京CBD核心區(qū)，總占地面積11478平米，地上108層，地下7層。該建筑外立面使用超白玻璃，建成后，游客可乘坐電梯登上524米的頂層觀光。(見圖)
