The first post office to service the country's aircraft carrier, the Liaoning, has been established in Qingdao. Located in the Huangdao district, it provides postal services for the ship's personnel. The office, which has already handled letters and packages sent from the Liaoning, has three workers, manager Meng Qingbing said.
