The 2014 Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition (QIHE) welcomed a new member garden featuring Pattaya-style designs on March 28. The Thai exhibition garden will feature model pagodas, an elephant, a three-wheeler, a shrine, a boat and other items representing Thai culture and gardening, according to Qingdao Daily.

The garden will start the construction in late April this year. With a theme focusing on harmony with nature, the garden will display the customs and culture of Thailand and reinforce the friendship between Qingdao and Pattaya.
