Qingdao Haier (600690) plans to pay cash dividends of three yuan for every 10 shares held for fiscal year 2009, according to a company announcement.

The ex-dividend date is July 29 while the dividend payment date is August 6.

Based on its current share capital of 1.34 billion shares, the company expects to pay a total of 401.56 million yuan in dividends.

Shares of Qingdao Haier declined by 1.71 percent to close the morning session at 21.22 yuan.
