9. Baotou, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Situated at the foot of the Yinshan Mountains, on the bank of the Yellow River in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Baotou is a prefecture-level city and the largest city in Inner Mongolia,China. The city's Mongolian name means "place with deer", and an alternate name in Chinese is "Deer City" . There is the Saihan Tala Grassland which is the only grassland in China located in a city center.
