The Dandong-Haicheng Expressway will fully open to traffic in September, under the present construction progress, said sources with the provincial high-grade highway bureau.
At the end of April, the expressway construction was resumed. To date, roadbed excavation is fully completed, and roadbed filling is finished by 99.96%. All the abutment walls and tunnel excavation are completed. Other roadbed construction is completed by 98%.
