Professional Dedication Award – Xu Jinlong

Xu Jinlong, one of the very few male carers in the city's social welfare sector, is known as the "father" of 15 children. Every day of the week, Xu helps disadvantaged children complete daily tasks, such as dressing, bathing, and eating. He is also responsible for teaching the children valuable life skills and helping them improve their dexterity and ability to carry out activities on their own.

Acceptance speech: My sincerest wish is that my children could learn to eat, dress and walk to live a better life.
