Huang Huifen has worked in the community for 15 years with passion and enthusiasm, putting everyone’s interests close to her heart.

With the arrival of new residents in 2004, the environment in Xiachen Community began to deteriorate. Huang organized Party members to clean garbage every other week, helping clean up the community.

Where people need help, Huang is there. The residents praise her as the backbone of the community.
