Forty-two communities listed as harmonious demonstrations

Five districts in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, including the new district in Hohhot and Kunshan district in Baotou, made the list of the second batch of national harmonious communities recently unveiled by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

The list also involves six sub-districts in the autonomous region, including Xingfu Road sub-district in Baotou and Lasengzhong sub-district in Wuhai, and 31 residential communities, including Laogangfang community in Hohhot.

The nationwide campaign aims to seek innovative management and service models in grassroots communities. Honors were given to 140 districts, 200 sub-districts and 1,000 residential communities across the nation.
