A total of 1,000 amateur guitarists from local schools performed on stage at the Zheng'an Guitar Cultural Square in Southwest China's Guizhou province on Jan 8. Zheng'an county is home to the nation's largest guitar production center, and the cultivation of talented guitarists is central to the county's economy as well. Guitars manufactured in Zhengan have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions around the world, accounting for nearly one third of China’s total guitar exports.
