Guizhou province's first glass skywalk was unveiled at picturesque Yuntai Mountain in Shibing county on Aug 28.

A suspended glass bridge connecting the north and south sides of the Yuntai Mountain Scenic Spot, the skywalk is a thrilling chance for tourists to enjoy the area's beautiful landscape.
At 120 meters above the valley floor, the 190-meter skywalk is constructed of 142 pieces of glass. Each piece of glass is four centimeters thick and weighs about 250 kilograms.
So far, the main construction of the glass skywalk has been completed. It has not yet passed a full safety inspection, as some of the guardrails are still under construction. The opening time for tourists is to be determined.
