Song Xuantao, male, Han ethnic group,?was born in March 1960 in Huaxian county, Henan province.?He started working in September 1997 and joined the CPC in July 1983.
Song holds a bachelor's degree in management and engineering from the Management School of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, an on-the-job master's degree as well as a PhD in management.
He is currently a Member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou CPC Provincial Committee and secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Committee for Disciplinary Inspection.
