The US owns the best brands in the world, and a large number of talents have been attracted there. Each entity planning to form its own brand should highlight its advantages.
Guizhou should learn from international, domestic and local experiences to form its own employer brand, Leng suggested. For example, the slogan "Beautiful Guizhou" could provide the inspiration for forming a unique Guizhou employer brand.
