Guizhou is a developing province in China, and lack of talent is one hurdle to Guizhou's development.

By the end of 2012, there were 2.25 million professionals in Guizhou province, including three academicians and three entrants of the "One Thousand Project".

Guizhou also utilizes part-time work, scientific research cooperation, and technology appraised as capital stock to attract well-known experts at home and abroad, including three big figures: Yuan Longping, Zhong Nanshan and Lu Yaoru.

Guizhou has introduced more than 300 Foreign Experts Projects and set up 30 academician workstations and 23 postdoctoral workstations.

"Guizhou has built a mechanism for the flexible flow of talent to strengthen the work of introducing talent," said Xia Yiqing, head of the Guizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

At present, Guizhou has established a strong working environment for talents. The flow of talent will help Guizhou improve its situation.
